Kahuna Bodywork:
Ka Huna bodywork originated From Hawaii and was used during Rites of Passage or Initiation Process as a transformational massage and healing system. It is also known as a Hawaiian Temple Massage and Lomi Lomi massage. Ka Huna Bodywork is unique from any other massage as it provides a holistic approach to healing by balancing the body-mind in its physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions. It is often referred to as the ‘Queen of massages’. The client will experience a deeply relaxing massage with warm coconut oil that nourishes the whole body as it is moved around the table in a lightly energetic, yet calming and flowing way. I will move with the music and tailor the session to my clients needs. The space will be held for you as the receiver to be liberated from any stress, physical tension or emotional pain and blockages.

The session will start with a short consultation to understand your reason for the massage. The massage style is made up of long, rhythmic flowing movements and a blend of soft, but deep using hands, forearms and elbows. You will receive a full body massage - head, face, back, Stomach, Chest, arms, legs, feet. I am also trained in Reiki Energy Healing, I close my sessions by balancing your Chakras.
